One burner behaved and the other three barely caught. The spark module was diagnosed on the first visit, but the part took a week to reach us, so it turned into two trips. Tidy work, and the price quoted was the price paid.
The undercounter unit stopped cooling entirely. Diagnosis was quick and straight — a failed fan motor — but the arrival slipped a couple of hours and nobody rang to tell me. The work itself was clean.
The ice maker filled with water and never dropped a cube. He traced it to a dead mould heater rather than condemning the whole assembly, which was the cheaper of the two outcomes he had warned me about on the phone.
