The top rack came out gritty every single load. A cracked upper wash arm and a sticking diverter. Both replaced, and he ran a cycle with us watching.
Two inches of water standing in the sump after every cycle. A shard of glass had jammed the drain pump impeller. He cleared it, tested twice, and left the cabinetry exactly as he found it.
